Wild Animal Safari in Pine Mountain, GA is looking for customer service representatives to join our team. We are located on 1300 Oak Grove Rd. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and hard-working. We have part-time, seasonal, weekend, and weekday positions available.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist customers in ticket, food, and gift shop sales
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
- Friendly attitude even when dealing with disgruntled guests
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem solve quickly concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers
- Self-motivated to find productive activities to do during slow periods
